Our TMT-2880R5 is a professional infrared belt tension gauge with laser support (belt tension gauge) for checking tension and frequency of drive belts, V-belts, timing belts, force bands, etc. The optimal service life of a belt depends on the correct tension and the optimal orientation on the discs. The measurement is very simple. The measuring sensor stays 3-20mm on the strap while touching with your finger and moving down. The laser-assisted infrared system calculates the belt's own frequency or its belt tension. Editing is done in Newton (N) or lbf. Straps up to a maximum weight of 10kg and a maximum length of 100m can be measured. With the additional external professional probe, unlike many cheap devices with internal probe, they can also be measured in hard-to-reach places, for example behind covers and linings. The TMT-2880R5 is a compact handheld gauge: the shape, dimensions and weight of the device have been designed with ergonomic aspects for professional use and all functions can be selected with one hand at the push of a button.
